A person can use their gifts in many ways, and this second-class pairs people with leaders like themselves who share the same gifts and passions. The Dream Team class will cover ways to use their gifts to serve God and the community. Step two is figuring out how those strengths and God-given gifts will work in placing a person on Radiant’s Dream Team. Once a person understands the areas they excel in, they can then turn that knowledge into useful information that will guide them in helping others in a way that suits their personality DNA. Some of the traits that will be considered are dominance, decisiveness, influence, inspiration, supportiveness, conscientiousness, and more. In this class, a person will learn about the skills and strengths that help make up who they are. Step one is for people to participate in a class called DNA. Two unique classes are offered that will help people take the next step in their journeys. How does Radiant Church move people towards their calling from God? One of the Radiant goals is to give people the information and tools they need to purposely move towards their calling. This church aims to move people towards Christ, move people towards being involved in a community, and move people towards their calling from God. Radiant Church exists to help people move from where they currently are to where God wants them to be.
